Corporate Social Responsibility
Kiran Group has always adopted a socially responsible and sustainable approach to business. We understand that growth of any organization is invariably linked to the well-being of our ecosystem – employees & business partners, local communities, society and the environment.
We, as a responsible corporate, realize that we need to take our success to other sections of society who struggle to care for their basic needs. As corporate citizens, we invest in social infrastructure, believing strongly that our social contributions fuel our business strength. Kiran Group has been committed to address various societal challenges through Shri Nauratmal Ramnath Gupta Charitable Trust, a private trust founded and funded by Kiran Group and actively engaged since 1992 in various social service activities.
- Imparting free education to under privileged children in the states of Rajasthan and Gujarat. Sponsoring yearly expenses of school books, uniforms, benches, etc. of a school in Rajasthan having more than 250 students.
- Organizing free medical camps at different places like Free Cataract Operations, Artifical Limb donation camps, physiotherapy centers, blood donation camps, Body balancing camps, etc.
- Planting about 500-800 trees every year.
- Serving for the seasonal needs (blankets, raincoats, shelter, etc.) of the needy people in and around Kutch.
- Significant contributions in Relief and Rehabilitation programs during calamities like earthquake, storms, draughts, etc.
- Developing sports complexes for youth development with facilities for Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, etc. Also developed Public Library for youth development.

Safety, Health And Environment
Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) management is an integral and vital part of the way we do our business at Kiran Group. Considered as an equal part of the wider system of our management practices, our SHE management system aims to protect our people, the public, our property and the environment in which we work and live.
Our efforts towards an effective SHE management in all our businesses strives to inculcate a ‘Safety First’ mind set in our employees. Identifying the Risks & Hazards, proactive prevention, awareness about health risks and environmental impacts are some of our initiatives towards achieving our SHE objectives.
